Recommended Uses
- As a carrier oil for essential oils.
- Hair: As a conditioning treatment before washing. Just take the oil required as per hair length and massage it onto roots and lengths. Leave for at least an hour or overnight. Wash.
- Skin: On areas that need extra nourishment and soothing. As a make-up remover. Can be used for massages. Mix with everyday moisturizer for an extra nourishing boost that locks in moisture. Use to soften the skin around your nails and strengthen them.
- Food: Cook with it at very low heat, or use in a salad dressing or as finishing oil.
- Ayurveda: For Abhyanga, to maintain its various health benefits, including circulation, lymphatic drainage, and stronger skin amongst others.
