1. What should I do if I have an adverse reaction to an oil?

In case of an adverse reaction, contact your health care provider immediately.
However, to avoid such situations, make sure to do a patch test before use. Apply the product to the inner part of your elbow and leave for 12 hours to check.

2. Are your products cruelty free?
Yes, our products are cruelty free and have not been tested on animals.
3. Are your products vegan?
Yes, all oils are completely of plant origin.
4. How are your products responsibly manufactured?
Our manufacturing process adheres to GMP and small batch manufacturing processes. Furthermore, we follow a zero-waste policy and the oilcakes are also put to use in the form of cattle feed and other agricultural uses.
5. Can I place an order for oilcakes?
Yes, you can place an enquiry for oilcakes at support@oilin.in. Based on the availability, our team can then put together your order for the same.
6. How can I use oilcakes?
The residual oilcake serves as a great feed for cattle and horses. The oilcakes are a good source of fibre and minerals, and can also be used for domestic purposes. Just grind the oilcake into a powder and use in the form of a flour.

7. What should I do if my order goes missing?

8. How should I find the status of my order?
Once shipped you will receive a notification from our partner for logistics. Following which, theywill send you a tracking link via through you can check the status of your order with ease. On the day of delivery, you shall receive another notification stating the same.
9. Where can I track my order?
Our logistics partnerShiprocket, will send you a link form their transport partner to track your order once it is shipped.
10. My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
In case your order arrives damaged, please email our customer support team at support@oilin.in
11. During what hours can I contact the customer service?
The customer support team is active from 9am-5pm.
12. How are the products packed?
The bottle is made out of glass and the cap is made out of metal. Our packaging contains a minimal amount of plastic for the stopper. The bottle is placed inside a sturdy cardboard case.
13. How do I modify my order?
Once placed, orders cannot be modified
14. Can I change the address for shipping after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, you cannot change the address for shipping.
15. What are the payment modes available?
Currently our payment gateway allows Debit and Credit cards, UPI payments and Apple pay payments as well.
16. Where can the orders be shipped?
Currently, we ship across India.
17. How soon are the orders delivered?
The orders are shipped as soon as possible. However, to be delivered, we ask you to give us 3-4 working days. In case, you need your order to be delivered sooner, we request you to please contact us to inform us of the same and we shall take action.
18. How do I place an order?
  • To place an order, select the product you would like to purchase through the Shop page.
  • Select the size you want to buy and add to cart.
  • Once you have added all your products to the cart, click checkout, fill in your details and place your order.
  • You will be led to the payment gateway which will guide you for payment with the format you wish to pay with.
  • Once your order is placed, you will get a confirmation on your phone and email.
