Cancellations of orders:

Any cancellations must be made before the order is shipped. This will ensure that you claim the refund of the entire paid amount. 

Return policy:

Orders that are received cannot be returned. However, returns due to damage in the packaging would be considered. In such cases, returns must be made within a week’s time. Please email us at support@oilin.in
