In case of high demand or stock unavailability, order processing may take a little longer. Customers will be notified accordingly.

Our delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable and reputed logistics providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, your order tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

7. Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us at support@oilin.in
with your order ID.
We will coordinate with our logistics partner to ensure prompt resolution.

At present, we only ship within India.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

In case of a damaged or missing item, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@oilin.in
with photos or proof of the issue.
We will review and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
