Recommended Uses
- Food: Can be taken in small quantities for its multiple medicinal properties. Studies have recorded an improvement in blood sugar, blood pressure, and inflammation.
- Skin: Use diluted with a carrier oil if using the product for the first time. Reduces inflammation, has antibacterial properties, and heals tissue. Can also be used as a massage oil for backache and headaches.
- Hair: Its antimicrobial and antioxidant properties allow it to improve hair texture, strength, and volume when used as a conditioning treatment in combination with coconut oil. Just take the oil required as per hair length and massage it onto roots and lengths. Leave for at least an hour or overnight. Wash.
