Recommended Uses
- Food: Use on salads, to sauté or cook with. The light flavour is also great in vinaigrettes.

- Hair: The oil protects the scalp barrier. Use as a conditioning treatment before washing hair. Certain studies also show that the flavonoids in grapeseed oil induce hair growth. Just take the oil required as per hair length and massage it onto roots and lengths. Leave for at least an hour or overnight. Wash. Its non-greasy quality makes it great for locking in moisture, making your hair strong and shiny when used post-washing hair as well.
